Land-To-Table: the wild herbs of Cilento

Description:

The Cilento Park is famous for its incredible biodiversity and for the wealth of spontaneous and medicinal herbs, used since the dawn of time both for natural remedies and food.

In recent years, herbal science is in fact rediscovering the uses and properties of many wild herbs that have always been used in Cilento's traditional cuisine: borage, but also chicory, wild fennel and much, much more.

The excursion includes a walk in the countryside, where participants can directly collect herbs (of course, those of the season), followed by a tutorial with an expert on their use in the kitchen.

At the end, tasting of typical herbal products and wine.
