Guided tour of the village of Bosco and the places related to José Ortega, Spanish painter friend and pupil of Pablo Picasso, great example of struggle and love for freedom. Antifranchist and therefore forced into exile, Ortega found his second home in the Cilento, in Bosco.
For this reason he also gave Bosco an extraordinary series of majolica depicting the massacre of 1828, one of the most tragic episodes of the Cilento Riots, when the troops under General Del Carretto razed Bosco to the ground, who rose to demand freedom.
At the end of the guided tour, the tasting of local products at km 0, prepared according to traditional recipe, will give the sensory experience of the authentic Cilento gastronomy, so renowned to deserve the most prestigious international awards.
