Museum of Farming Tools

Museum of Farming Tools

Description:

Located in an old olive mill, the Museum of Farming Tools aims to highlight local culture and rural life, explaining it through the working tools of those who, with the strength of their arms, made “the earth sing”.

A place that teaches the sacredness of agricultural cycles, the ancestral relationship between Man and the Environment, the deep bond that makes farmers the Wizards of the Earth.

The museum displays tools used for rural work alongside everyday objects, kitchen utensils, and memorabilia: testaments to a time and a world that are the very roots of who we are.

Completing the tour are a visit to the Casa-Museo Gàlato, a stately home built between the mid- and late ‘700s, and a rural aperitif, with a tasting of typical local products.
