Centola e Foria di Centola
Description:

Guided tours of the villages of Centola and Foria di Centola + small aperitif

Duration: about 3 hours

A simple guided cultural walk allows you to discover two small treasures of the Palinuro hills with a long history of excellent production: Centola and Foria di Centola, Cities of Wine, perfect settings for those who love phototrekking given the beauty of their views.

Centola has early medieval origins, Foria is mentioned in the Aragonese Maps and appears in a Spanish tax document from 1532 as “fertile land for wheat and wine”, and wine itself has made its fortune: in fact, it is documented that the Popes and barons bought it.

The walks will tell its history and beauty, and will conclude with a small aperitif – tasting in the small square, which will allow you to immerse yourself in the slow life of the villages (wine glass + snacks for adults, soft drink + snacks for children)

Difficulty: none, absolutely suitable for everyone. You will first visit one village, then move on to the next (less than 3km away) where there will be the final aperitif before returning.
